Not Easy

Dell has been with us for just over 8 months. There are times when I wonder about the return policy of SPCA. He is not a calm dog and I wonder how many friends would brave his fiercely territorial nature and visit us. But then, we see him improve day by day, week by week. He is terribly affectionate and hopefully his puppy exuberance continues to mellow.

It is also fitting that I consider my role in his behaviour. Am I creating the right environment and giving consistent cues?

He has only just started to connect that balls can be fun.
